As part of the Social Responsibility Project course at BEUN Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, an online seminar on raising awareness and providing information about peer bullying was held by Clinical Psychologist Yonca Ceren Zorlu and Primary School Teacher Meryemnur Tekce.
Due to 2025 being declared the "Year of Family," a Social Responsibility Project was organized with the aim of strengthening the bond between children and their parents. Under the coordination of Lecturer Gizem Alarçin, first-year students from BEUN Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, together with Clinical Psychologist Yonca Ceren Zorlu and Primary School Teacher Meryemnur Tekce, held an online seminar addressing one of today’s most pressing issues: peer bullying among primary school children. The project aimed to raise awareness among the families of primary school students and to help them become more familiar with the situations their children may encounter through real-life examples.
